Panic Disorder

Panic Disorder is an anxiety disorder in which a person experiences recurrent unexpected panic attacks, that can happen from a calm state or an anxious state. The symptoms of a panic disorder include heart palpitations, sweating, increased heart rate, trembling or shaking, shortness of breath, chest pain, nausea or abdominal pain; feeling dizzy, light-headed or faint; chills or heat sensations; numbness or tingling sensations; feelings of unreality or being detached from oneself; fear of losing control and fear of dying.
