Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Generalized Anxiety Disorder- An individual feels excessive anxiety and worry for most days for a minimum of six months. A person feels nervous, fearful, and uneasy that something bad or unpleasant will happen. A person feels or shows fear or apprehension about the past, present, and/or future. Lastly, an individual worries or is anxious about events or activities such as self, family, love (intimate relationships), work/school performance, social, and spiritual. Overall, an individual finds it difficult to control and manage the worry.
